You respond to a residence for a 24 year-old male with apparent anxiety. He is hyperventilating and tells you that he feels really anxious. He has no other complaints.S – Shortness of breath and parasthesia to both hands.

A – NKDA
M – Adderall
P – ADHD and depression
L – Tells you he just had a sandwich an hour ago.
E – Says he was studying for college finals.Resp. Rate – 40 breaths/min.
HR – 115 beats/min,
BP – 140/90 mmHg
O2 Sat – 100%
Skin – Pink/Warm/Dry
